International Credit Mobility - KA171
While the Erasmus KA131 program only covers program countries (Europe in general), mobility with partner countries (non-European) opens with KA171.
Students and academicians of the relevant department can engage in exchange mobility within the framework of this program. Students can move on to education and internship, Staff can give lectures and get training.
• The project is prepared by the instructor as an application, shared with the office, and the UIO makes the application to the National Agency on behalf of the institution.
• The application is subject to the quality and evaluation process. Student and staff mobility can be carried out with countries with a score of 60 and above as a result of the evaluation process.
• Student and staff mobility is ensured from the projects that won the grant.
• Within the scope of the project, there is both inbound and outbound staff student mobility.

An additional travel support grant is provided for each mobility.
KA171 Project Proposal Applications Work Schedule
• 15.12.2022 Sharing the application guide with the relevant academic staff
• 03.02.2023 Deadline for sending the relevant parts of the project to the Erasmus office by the writing staff
• 13.02.2023 Erasmus office compiles the project, missing documents (if any) are requested. The project is finalized.
• 20.02.2023 KA171 project is uploaded to the system, necessary signatures are completed and the application is sent.
• 23.02.2023 Brussels Application deadline.
In order for us to make your application, you need to send it to us in Word format.
You must complete your project writings according to the appropriate calendar.
