What is this?
- Personnel training mobility is an activity area that allows any personnel employed in a higher education institution with an ECHE in Turkey to receive training in one of the program countries. Within the scope of this activity, it is possible for the person to receive various trainings (such as on-the-job training, observation processes) to develop the skills he/she has in matters related to his/her current job.
- Conference participation cannot be supported within the scope of the activity. Activities requested to conduct research in the library are also within this scope and cannot be supported.
- The business to be trained may be a training center, research center, higher education institution or another organization that meets the definition of a business abroad.
- Staff training activity is a full-time activity and grant payment is made for full-time training periods. Therefore, the training program must be specified on a daily basis in the Staff Mobility for Training Agreement.
Minimum and Maximum Periods
- The duration of the activity for personnel training mobility is determined as a minimum of 2 working days and a maximum of 2 months, excluding travel. However, in order for the activity to be considered a valid activity, the activity of the personnel whose participation certificate shows that the beneficiary has received training for less than 2 days is considered invalid and no grant payment is made.
- The duration of the activity to be granted during the application periods (with the condition that it is not less than the minimum duration of 2 days) may be determined by the Erasmus Selection Commission in order to ensure the effective use of the grant.
Quota
- It is determined in each application period in line with the grant allocated to our university.
- In this activity, which does not require a bilateral agreement, 1 quota has been allocated to each faculty/college/vocational school/department headship, etc. in order to ensure equality. In the ranking on a unit basis, the score ranking in the evaluation criteria will be taken into account.
- For unit quotas for which no applications have been received, all applications will be evaluated by ranking them according to their general score.
Section Bilateral Agreements
- There is no bilateral agreement requirement for this activity.
- Instead, an application can be made by obtaining an invitation letter from the business to be visited abroad.
Who can apply?
- Those who meet the minimum requirements can apply.
- Additionally, all academic and administrative staff working at our university can apply.
Minimum Requirements for Application
- To be employed full/part time in a higher education institution holding an ECHE in Turkey and to be an actual staff member working in that institution,
- There is no requirement for a position for personnel employed in a higher education institution; personnel who have a contract with a higher education institution can benefit from the activities.
- Since there is no contract between the higher education institution and the personnel employed in the higher education institution through service procurement, these persons cannot benefit from personnel mobility.
