Mobility for Placements

The Erasmus period consists of 3 parts.

  1. Before Mobility
  2. During Mobility
  3. After Mobility

1. Pre-Mobility Procedures

  1. ACCEPTANCE LETTER
  2. INTERNSHIP INFORMATION FORM The information form is filled out by the student and sent to the Office via LAT.
  3. LEARNING AGREEMENT for TRAINING - LAT This document is known as an internship agreement, it is the most important document of LAT mobility and must be included in the visa documents. LAT consists of 3 parts and the "before the mobility" page is filled by the student and completed by obtaining signatures from the department coordinators and the host institution.
  4. INTERNSHIP RECOGNITION MANAGEMENT BOARD DECISION If you want to have your Internship Mobility counted towards your compulsory internship, you must first apply to the department secretary and get a decision.
  5. INSURANCE: (1) Accident and liability (2) Health (name of insurance company and insurance/policy number is sufficient). You should check visa requirements for insurance applications of different countries.
  6. GRANT LETTER FOR CONSULATE (Given to the student by the Erasmus Office to be used in visa procedures)
  7. VISA PAGE PHOTOCOPY (Student sends it to the office when the visa arrives)
  8. GRANT AGREEMENT (Signed at the Erasmus Office after obtaining the visa)
  9. ONLINE LANGUAGE EXAM (You can complete your exam by clicking on the link that will be sent to your e-mail address.)

2. Mobility Order Operations

  • INTERNSHIP CHANGE FORM (If a change is made, the page titled "during the mobility" of the Internship agreement)
 

3. Post-Mobility Procedures

  • LEARNING AGREEMENT (the "after the mobility" page of the learning agreement)
  • CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE [ENGLISH]
  • INTERNSHIP EVALUATION FORM (To be filled and signed by the Host Company/Institution)
  • ONLINE SURVEY (It is mandatory to fill out the EU Online Survey in order to make your remaining payment. You can fill it out by clicking on the link that will be sent to your e-mail address)
  • ONLINE LANGUAGE EXAM (You can complete your exam by clicking on the link that will be sent to your e-mail address)
  • PHOTOCOPIES OF THE PAGES WITH THE PASSPORT ENTRY-EXIT SEALS
  • REMAINING PAYMENT SIGNATURE (To be signed at the Erasmus office)
