Dear Students,

The Turkey-United States Cultural Exchange Commission, known as the Turkey Fulbright Education Commission, was established in 1949 with a bilateral agreement signed between Turkey and the U.S. to support educational and cultural exchange programs between Turkish and American university graduates, researchers and scientists, and its budget is provided by the contributions of the governments of both countries. This commission aims to strengthen mutual understanding and respect between the citizens of the two countries through cultural exchange.

The Fulbright Commission provides Master's and Doctoral Scholarships for students and graduates who want to do their graduate education in the United States. The deadline for applications for the scholarships, which will be given starting in the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year, is March 18, 2024. It provides financial support of up to 50,000 US Dollars per year for two-year scholarship programs.
